Canonical identity for entities that appear across namespaces.

Each table answers only “which one is this”: the canonical key and identifier aliases needed to resolve it.

Attributes are not stored here — after resolving an entity, read them from its source-of-record table.

Derived from the source-of-record namespace for each entity type (ncbi_taxonomy for taxa and refseq for assemblies and chromosomes).

This namespace deliberately does not derive identity from aggregators.
