Multi-ancestry LD reference panel. ld_variants lists the variants in each ancestry-specific panel; ld_matrix holds pairwise genotype correlations between those variants; ld_scores holds per-variant LD scores (sum of r^2 in the local region).

All three are partitioned by ancestry × chromosome — always filter on both.

Use ancestry codes (AFR, AMR, CSA, EAS, EUR, MID), not full names.
